There is one humble smalltime surfspot in Zambales that is dedicated for beginners and manila surf enthusiasts.  Its around 156 kms. from Balintawak North Express Toll Gate.  You might wanna check it out sometime.

The spot is just 45 mins travel time from Subic. From mla. just take the route going to Subic or SBMA. Enter SBMA(via Tipo gate) then exit at SBMA-Kalaklan gate. Then proceed North to San Narciso Town where the break is located... Boards are available. Season and time of the year to surf is similar to almost any western luzon's surf.

Zambales to La Union will soon be reached via a shorter route.  Once this super road is finished, manila based surfers surfing Zambales surf spots can travel to La Union surf spots or the other way around in no time.

Also, we have started supporting the signature campaign of Timpuyog, Inc. against this Sea Dumping.  We sure hope this forum can support the said campaign as well.  Thanks!

One can go boat-surf trip at Camera Island. Locals will accompany.

There's a nice spot to surf in Palauig, Zambales.  Travelling surfers might wanna check it out too.

Longboard now available for anyone who wants to go longboarding at crystal beach, san narciso, zambales!  It's a nice Classic "Nat Young" customboard by Steve Friedman.  Very cool and easy to catch waves.  

Good news No.2...There's a newly discovered shipwreck break in San Narciso that's not shorebreak at all!  Try it!!!

A lot of Canadians surf in Zambales.  After La Union you might also want to surf Zambales, Siargao, Baler, Daet, and Vigan.
