Check out a place called SIARGAO which is in the province of Surigao, it's where Cloud 9 is ... The locals there are SUPER friendly and so are the tourists, it's one of the best places for overall surf. I was just there for three weeks, and if I could have spent any longer I would have - it's just amazing!!!
