hi...i m new to the country and i live in manila.  i am wondering where are the closest surfing spots i can get to by car.  also, is this a good time (season) to surf in the philippines?  ie are there any waves?

Looking at the news last night you could surf on Roxas boulevarde at the moment. Looks like a big typhoon somewhere will be pumping. Hey Al hows the wind and rain in Manila just another July day I would think with stronger winds.
