Anybody ever tried to check the waves around Nasugbu? There are coves and islands and they may be some breaks during a southswell...

Just curious.

meron nga daw alon dun, pero di ko pa napuntahan. last year, nakapaglaro kami sa Matabungkay. tiisan nga lang dahil medyo may karumihan ang beach.

Naka surf na din ako sa matabungkay, november and december 2006, walang kataotao ganda alon kasi may bagyo yata that time na paalis. 2-4ft ang alon, ingat lang sa may isang break dun kasi mababaw at reef ang ilalim. may nakilala pa ako sa surfer na local Tony Pertiera ang pangalan. dun sya lumaki and hes been surfing since the 70's pa daw. Pag maganda alon sa matabungkay makikita nyo sya, basta tisoy na medyo may edad at maganda board sya na yun. kausapin nyo yun dami nyo matututunan.

hi!!! im from nasugbu and yes maganda alon pag meron.. di paa maxadong sikat yung place kaya konti p lang nag-susurf, mostly locals. pag meron it can go mga up to 5 ft. ung normal, 2-4 ft. pwede n...may mga nagsskim din...hehehe

sakto lang alon sa nasugbu minsan gumaganda rin karamihan lokals lang nag susurf dun at AKO!!!!! he he he basta pag may kupal na long hair na naka long board na mahilig dumarap in ako nayun minsan! naka short board din ako kaso hindi ako nang ddropin he! he! he!

minsan ok short board pag months ng ...... ay secret nga pala kung kelan

basta pag meron meron pag wala malas nyo!!!!!!!!!

isapa pang hard core tubig dun!!!!!!!

san skim spot dun par?

depends... but the pavillion is the core spot where you  could sandskate... move 50 meters to your left if facing the sea, then you'll find the waveride spot... otherwise just try to read the waves.

can anyone now the exact location plz......

nasugbu and matabungkay meron talaga jan!  you just have to know when to go and visit

tara trip tyo ng skim sa feb 1 2 or 3 dyan sa spot nyo par ok ba? contacts nalang para swabe =)

anyway, im a local of nasugbu. you can ask bout me ke AHI paipo, kilala ko yan! kasama ko lang yan nung isang araw e haha!

anyone is always welcome to check nasugbu, or even surf in here.. basta one thing i would say is... wag lang talaga magkukupal(sorry) when you get here.. we had lots of experiences bout outsiders that didn't listen to us, now they cant get back here, in other words.. they got banned..

di naman sa ipinagmamalaki namen yung place namen, gaya nga nung ibang nagsabi dito sa forum, iba iba talaga yung surf conditions d2, minsan maganda, minsan inde... pero we love our spot as much as the others love theirs, we are still trying to minimize the people in the water, so as to have room for those others among us who still want to learn how to surf, kase mahirap matuto kung mejo overcrowded sa spot.. well this is only my opinion, im just thinking of my fellow locals who’s still trying to learn... and many agree with me…

some tips… pag nandito po kayo, try to approach the locals, don’t make ‘em approach you. Mas madali nyo sila makikilala kung ganun, mababait naman kame dito e, hehe.. tsaka mas magiging lagay yung loob nila sa inyo pag ganun ang ginawa nyo…

Maraming salamat Badsai ones palang ako nakakasurf dyan kasi hesitant ako and nalaman ko yung spot kay Dadito(dads) pa and I met 2 locals na tiga dyan way back 04-05 pa LU days pa. Madalas pa sila sa LU nung panahon na yun. Anyway mababait naman lokals ng nasugbu   and marami ng magaling maglaro
