i've been surfing for quite some time now, but i still prefer longboards. maybe i'm just use on playing longboard. peace. | ||

Longboard... It's easier to float on a longboard, and it seems a bit more laidback Not that I've ever tried my luck on a shortboard. Just a thought. Hope it helps! ![]() | ||

It really depends on the day and on the wave. I use the board which suits the break of that day. If its hollow and fast, then it is suitable for a short board. If the wave rolls on and on then you gotta hang ten. :p | ||

My 2 cents. it depends, if you are still a newbie and want to learn in gradually, start out with a longboard, and then gradually earn your way up to a 'mal then a eventually, a shortboard. I believe that shortboards are good for cutting waves and those cool acrobatic acts. if you are a thrillseeker, go for the latter and "grab&let go". me - preferably longboard muna, hindi pa ako marunong e. hehehe ![]() JIM - musta na? peace! -=tritops=- | ||

ser longjohn... sino ka ba dun sa mga tropapips sa daet? hehehe... dadalawang isip ako kung si ryan o si alvin tangkad?? hahaha.. eniwei... longboard... mal.. shortboard... parepareho lang yan basta nasasakyan mo at nag-e-enjoy ka...... kahit na boogieboard oks lang... kahit na alang board tapos papahampas ka lang sa alon sarap pa rin! kahit nood ka lang sa seawall tapos inom ng kape habang nakikita mo ibang surfer na binabalasa ang mga alon, panalong panalo pa rin! ![]() yehey! | ||
