im having a hard time completing my bottom turn. need a few tips to futher my skills. any info will be greatly appreciated! thanks guys! grin

keep yourself firmly planted on the board and steady, its just shifting your body weight without moving your body too much, more on leaning instead moving i guess? i dunno, im not a surf instructor  grin

Bottom turn will only goes out when you surf everyday I guess...happy surfing...

but as i child it was quite the opposite :p

anyway, turtle boy just make sure that aside from havin fun, the time in the water is also spent on improving the skills u think u want to improve, bottom turns, noseride, etc etc make it a conscious effort  wink

thanks for the tips al!  grin ill try it out the next time i go on a trip. i has having a hard time completing my bottom turn cos whenever i try to switch my weight, the nose always digs in the water embarassed

one more thing, should i also keep my head looking towards which part of the lip i wanna hit?

if the nose digs in then ur shifting too much weight next time u lessen the weight smiley doesnt help? i dont think it does, but u know what i mean right  cool
