Can I rent bodyboard & gear in La Union?

I am visiting from California next week and will be in San Fernando LA Union for a few days.  Is there anywhere there that I can rent a decent bodyboard and fins? (rather than dragging my board and gear thru "death by aiports luggage handlers" etc?)   Plz reply ASAP... thx.  Mahalo, Gracias, etc, etc
