I heard the new SCTex is up and fully operational up to Tarlac City. Will someone please let me know how I can get to the SCTex from Manila? My friend and I are going to San juan, La Union over the weekend and we're both girls and it's our first time driving alone. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

just go straight on nlex and pay at the last toll plaza. from there, keep right as the entrance to sctex is on the right hand side.
