hey al!!

try doing YOGA for your back..and your whole body and mind..it'll help keep you flexi, plus when you're 80 you won't be so ceased up!You'll spend more time surfing and less time whinging about the aches and pains of old age! Also a strong core can help prevent lower back pain.Try boxing cos it strengthens your mid and both side abdominals as well as back,shoulders,arms..or just do the same old CRUNCH rolleyes

or go see your doc cos u might have slipped a disc or f**cked ur back up someway! smiley.....

or stay away from those strip clubs, maybe the after party is wearing you down eh? tongue grin...

JUST HAVING FUN WID YA AL!!!! grin..hoping your doing well man!

take care and HAPPY SURFING!!

my golly! hey millie you sure are the all around surfer guru in here! keep yourself updated and you might want to set up an ASK MILLIE section in here! smiley

seriously, thanks for the advice, went to the doc already and been doing some extra stretchings daily  angry stupid of me to think that it wasnt necessary hehehe hope the pain will go away soon,  not sure about yoga though, tried it before but aside from those great chicks stretching their physiques around me id rather go surfing  grin

maybe I could be the OPRAH of surfing yeh?Start my own afternoon chat show, have an audience, set some plush chairs on a stage, good lighting, spunky camera crew and a wholesome and energetic intro to the show..............OR maybe NOT! grin

whats the good of experiences if u cant share them yah?..well...most of them...

hey good that you went and saw a doc already!and as for yoga...you dont HAVE to leave ur home to do it man!it only takes like half an hour 3 or 4 times a week!...but,whatever works for you Al....just dont wear yourself down too much!cos I wont be able to go out and run over you if you're not able to surf!haha..JOKES!

take care,
millie smiley

i heard somebody here has a bad back or somethin.. nwei, stretching is veerrrrry important in any motor activity, second from food of course. cool

try doing some yawning stretch & cobra stretch. it works good and i do seldom whenever my back's sore from doing silly butterflys and breast strokes.. (i guess you should consult your doctor for better advice... at a hefty price of course..). smiley

muchluv y'all!!! baka naman po tumatanda na tayo?.. smiley
